Cooking Instructions
Pan Frying (Recommended)
Pat dry and season lightly with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Heat olive oil or butter over medium heat and cook skin side down for 4–5 minutes, turning for 1–2 minutes until beautifully crisp and delicately flaky.

Preheat oven to 190°C. Place sea bass fillets in an ovenproof dish with lemon, garlic, herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10–12 minutes until tender and beautifully succulent.
