Cooking Instructions
Pan Frying (Recommended)
Pat dry and season lightly with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until beautifully golden and cooked through.
Oven Roasting
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place monkfish in an ovenproof dish with garlic, butter, lemon, and herbs. Roast for 14–16 minutes until firm and beautifully succulent.
Grilling
Brush lightly with olive oil and season generously before grilling for 4–5 minutes per side until lightly charred and tender.
