Cooking Instructions

Pan Frying (Recommended)
Pat dry and season lightly with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until beautifully golden and tender.

Oven Baking
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place halibut in an ovenproof dish with lemon, garlic, herbs, and butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes until beautifully succulent and flaky.

Grilling
Brush lightly with olive oil and grill for 4–5 minutes per side until lightly charred and perfectly cooked.
