• Vacuum‑sealed or securely wrapped

• Packed in insulated, chilled packaging

• Shipped with ice packs or temperature control where required

Temperature & Packaging

Seafood requires controlled conditions to maintain flavour and structure.

We use insulated packaging and cooling materials where necessary to protect your order during transit.

While the outer packaging may feel warm in mild weather, rest assured the internal temperature is carefully managed.

Upon arrival, we recommend refrigerating your seafood promptly.
